The mission is to “keep it real” by making wellbeing straightforward and relatable, transforming the perception of terms like ‘wellness’ and ‘well-being’ from empty buzzwords to genuine, solutions that support everyone—from entire organisations to individual employees.   • Blended with knowledge and training; Psychology BSc, Leadership & Coaching training, therapeutic interventions such as; CBT, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Adult Attachment among others.

I’m Morgan,

Wellbeing is hard. There are endless books, training, podcasts, and self-help sheets promising a happier, healthier life, but actually implementing those strategies? Within a business? That’s the tricky part.

I get it. I’ve spent years searching, training, and reflecting to understand why those tools are tough to put into practice. It’s not just you or your business—it's the world we live in. Blame and shame often get in the way of progress, making simple strategies feel impossible.

Moore Wellbeing is here to offer some solutions based on a wide range of training and a wealth of real life experiences, that I know are supportive. I believe Moore Wellbeing can bring something real and accessible to the table—something for individuals and leaders aiming to live and lead more compassionately. Seeing light bulb moments and being a part of improving lives time after time, has led me to founding Moore Wellbeing.
